By attending “The Great Move” (“the Event”) and using the challenge equipment, I am aware that I am voluntarily engaging in strenuous physical activity and that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in hybrid endurance challenge, and the use of exercise equipment in association with the challenge and venue. I fully understand that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries, and that my instructor is not medically trained and will not perform any evaluation of my physical condition which might result in the identification of risk factors contradicting physical exercise prior to starting or continuing an exercise activity. I hereby assume the risks and responsibility for any or all injuries or damage sustained to myself on account of these activities and acknowledge that I should consult with my physician before beginning any exercise program. I hereby warrant, represent, and agree that I have no physical disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in any exercise activity that will be detrimental to my health, safety, comfort, or physical condition or that of others. I acknowledge and agree to exercise responsibly and with due care and attention to my own medical and mental condition at all times. I agree to waive, release and forever discharge any and all claims, causes of action, or right that I otherwise have against the Event and Great Eastern Financial Advisers ("Great Eastern"), including the right to sue, their employees or agents for any injuries or claims aforesaid however arising save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. I further agree to release, indemnify and defend the company and Great Eastern, and their employees from all third-party claims and costs arising related to the Event.

I fully understand and agree that the Event and Great Eastern cannot and does not guarantee the prevention of theft or damage to my personal belongings at the Event premises and Great Eastern shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage to any personal belongings. I agree that if I experience any discomfort or symptoms, I will immediately stop all physical activity, seek professional medical help, and inform any representative of the company. I agree that the company and its personnel are not medically trained and cannot guarantee that any emergency medical treatment will be performed. I hereby authorise the company to obtain emergency medical treatment or seek professional medical help on my behalf, if deemed necessary. I acknowledge that this assumption of risk, waiver, and release will apply for the duration that I am a member. I agree that I am making this acknowledgment freely and voluntarily, and I unconditionally release the Great Eastern of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
