Great Eastern Financial Advisers (GEFA) threw a private soiree at Saint Pierre Sentosa on 21st October 2015. More than 50 distinguished guests were invited by Premier Client Group (PCG) consultants to this prestigious legacy planning event. Two specially selected specialists in legacy planning were our key speakers for the event - Mr Keon Chee, Director of Rockwills Trustee Ltd and one of our homegrown Financial Services Director, Mr Daniel Chang.
Mr Chee shared on the execution of sound estate planning which enables proper distribution of assets upon execution of the will or trust. He uses references to real life cases of legal court cases from family disputes resulting from poor legacy planning as learning points to the amazement of the audience. Mr Chang offered his insights as a financial services industry practitioner, debunked myths of legacy planning being only affordable by the rich and he adds that most people are able to afford to make their wills or trust through proper financial planning.
Guests were treated to an exquisite 4 course dinner specially prepared by Saint Pierre’s Chef Eric where the dessert’s recipe has an apparent 100 years old history. Taking opportunity of the venue’s ambience and the topics shared earlier, many PCG consultants and their guests stayed around for more networking and drinks.
